IFAW-WTI animal keeper Prasanta Das bottle-feeds an Asiatic black bear cub at the Centre for Wildlife Rehabilitation and Conservation (CWRC). The cub was rescued, and admitted to CWRC for hand-raising by Forest Department officials .
IFAW-WTI veterinarian Dr Anil Deka examines one of the two leopard cubs being hand-raised at CWRC. Admitted by Forest Department officials, the cubs were found alone in Mariani, Jorhat, and their mother was believed killed in conflict.

A barn owl being treated at the IFAW-WTI run CWRC. The bird, brought in from Bokakhat, suffered fracture in its left-wing as a result of a road accident. An Indian hare being taken for release in Panbari RF, Assam, following treatment at CWRC. The hare was unable to move due to suspected pesticide poisoning, when found in a nearby tea garden. .

Jackal pups bask in the sun at the CWRC satellite station in Choraikhola, Bodoland. The pups were confiscated from locals near Runikhata Reserve Forest, by Forest Department officials.

IFAW-WTI veterinarian Dr Anil Deka examines a Burmese rock python found in Forest Department quarters in a weak and dehydrated state. It was admitted to CWRC by the Department officials.
